Shipping & Returns
The Products will be shipped to you at the address you provided during the ordering process.
Any deadlines quoted for delivering the Products are estimates only. We aim to ship our Products within the following periods from the date of your payment:
Soaps, skincare and bath products: 3 working days
Candles: 3 working days
Handmade Jewellery: 5 working days
Clothing: 4 working days
Made to order clothing: 10 working days
All other Products: 4 working days
For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you check our announcements for the last date of delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch all Products (except made to order clothing) within 24 hours. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by 24th December.
We will clearly indicate when we intend to close our Shop for holidays.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling before Confirmation Notice
You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving a Confirmation Notice from us so long as you contact us in writing on firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation after Confirmation Notice
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to receiving the Products so long as you provide written notice or, if you have received the Products, return within 30 days so long as you provide us with written notice of cancellation at anytime within 7 working days starting from the day after you received the Products. You can send your cancellation notice by email.
Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will contact you and provide details of where you can return the Products and other relevant instructions. You return the Products to us at your own cost and risk.
The Products should be returned to us in the condition in which you received them and their original packaging.
Damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered Products
We will offer you a refund of the full purchase price, including delivery costs, and the cost incurred by you in returning the Products to us, if your order:
has been damaged in transit;
is in a faulty condition;
has been delivered to you in error
provided that you return the Products to us and we are reasonably satisfied that they have not suffered damage after delivery or have not been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear.
Alternatively, at your option, instead of a refund (and subject to returning the Products) we will offer a suitable replacement (subject to stock availability) or coupon of equivalent value.
In order to claim a refund or replacement item please notify us in writing on email@example.com as soon as you become aware of a problem and no later than 7 working days after receipt by contacting us by email.
